A PROUD TRADITION OF COMMUNITY BANKING

First Savings Bank of Hegewisch is a locally managed, independent bank with branches located throughout southeast Chicagoland. Founded in 1914, we are proud of our commitment to our customers and our communities.

Today people have more choices than ever for banking and financial services. For the many who value personal service and the local orientation of a community bank, however, the choices have become fewer.

First Savings Bank of Hegewisch is committed to preserving the advantages customers enjoy in a local bank. Here customers will still find helpful people who are easily available by phone or by visiting a nearby office. And we continue to offer customer courtesies like passbook accounts and Christmas Club savings which many banks are phasing out simply because they require personal service.

At the same time, First Savings Bank of Hegewisch is constantly assessing our customers' needs and able to respond quickly with new products, services and conveniences. Over the years we have added products like free checking and home equity lines of credit as well as conveniences like electronic transfers, automatic teller machines and 24-hour telephone banking as our customers have needed them.
